Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging the services of ACE Accounting Solutions ("we"), a Registered Accounting Firm based in Bandra, Mumbai. By contacting us, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

ACE Accounting Solutions provides accounting, taxation, GST compliance, cooperative housing society accounting, audit support, and related advisory services. The scope of services for each client is agreed upon separately via written confirmation or engagement letter.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete and timely information and documents required for services
• Informing us of any changes in their business, financial situation or relevant legal status
• Reviewing and approving all filings and reports before final submission where applicable
• Making payments for services as per agreed terms

ACE Accounting Solutions is not liable for errors or penalties arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

3. Fees and Payment

Service fees are agreed upon prior to engagement. Invoices are payable within the due date specified. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for outstanding payments.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. Client data is not shared with any third party except as required by law (e.g., government portals for filing purposes) or with your explicit consent. Our team members are bound by professional confidentiality obligations.

5. Limitation of Liability

ACE Accounting Solutions' liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect losses, penalties arising from third-party systems (e.g., government portal failures), or consequences of client-provided inaccurate information.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, formats, processes and tools developed by ACE Accounting Solutions remain our intellectual property. Client-specific financial reports and documents belong to the client.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all client documents and handover necessary records. Outstanding fees remain payable in full.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued engagement with our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
